Team race packet(s) must be picked up on Friday, May 18, 2012 between 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. at the Holiday Inn-Emerald Beach Hotel. Remember Packet PICK-UP CLOSES AT 8:00 PM SHARP. All unclaimed bags will be forfeited! Please make alternate arrangements to claim your bags if you cannot be present to pick it up. Also:
As a team captain it is perfectly acceptable for you to authorize someone on your team, or a family member or friend to pick up your packet. Any changes to your team such as changing a runner or runners maybe made at the Information and Change Table which is located in the Conference Center of the Hotel. This will be the ONLY opportunity for you to make changes to your Beach to Bay Team!
The Beach to Bay Packet will include
Six (6) Official T-shirts Chip Scoring Device (Must be worn by 1st leg and 6th leg Runner)(Your chips must be turned in at the finish line in order for your team to receive their finishers’ medals Race Numbers (please remember to have your sixth leg runner wear the red race number Transportation Arrangements Baton Race Information
