The nationally recognized Beach to Bay Relay Marathon has grown over the years. In fact, in 2008, the race reach peaked at 1719 teams attracting runners from as far away as Canada, Mexico and Africa. This officially makes the Beach to Bay Relay Marathon the United States’ largest premier relay marathon.
The Beach to Bay Relay Marathon is a promoter’s dream. The race demographic is diverse in nature due to various ages (elementary students to senior citizens) of runners attracted to the event.
